            I usually make a protein, let’s say chicken, baked, a starch and a vegetable. I do not drink water throughout the day, but have cut out pop. I have started drinking vitamin waters.

    I have been taking PhenQ faithfully twice a day as stated on the bottle along with Garcinia Cambogia for two months now. I do not find it helps suppress my appetite, I also don’t find it helps lose weight and I am still feeling very sluggish by mid-day. My daily calorie intake is around 1200. I stay away from carbs, ie; breads, pastas, rice, potatoes, etc. Most of my food is high in protein, lots of salads / veggies and mix of fruit in my protein shake. Results – nothing!!!
